- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost my parcel since May 2019 and I didnt hear back from them. Someoane send me my engagement rings from Germany and someoane at depot stole them.I went to depot and I spoke with manager named Eric and he said it is not their problem, they are not responsibly for parcel lost. Also, there was another guy who told me he scanned my parcel in that depot and then he gave it to the one who made delivery that day and it is not their fault. They asked me to do a claim at Germany post office when my parcel was lost in their depot. My tracking number said it was in their depot. And now my tracking number it is not valid anymore even they dont solve my problem. I lost my engagement rings because of them. They said to call customer service, I called customer service and they said to go at depot to speak there. What kind of service is that? Now is September and they havent done anything to give me back my parcel.By Admin, August 03, 2017
